  • Check-in begins at 12:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability—please ask at the front desk upon arrival or call us in advance.

  • Yes. Our front desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is always someone available to assist you, no matter what time you arrive.

  • Yes, pets are allowed at the hotel. For specific details, we recommend contacting the front desk directly before your arrival.

  • Yes, the hotel is entirely non-smoking, including the guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. An outdoor smoking area is available. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is not followed in the guest rooms.

Your Stay

  • The hotel offers 4 types of rooms:

    • DOUBLE, room with a king-size bed for 2 people

    • TWIN, room with two single beds for 2 people

    • TRIPLE ROOM: 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed (sleeps 3)

    • FAMILY SUITE, with 1 king-size bed and 2 twin beds, sleeps 4

    Rooms range in size from 22 to 28 square meters, depending on the category.

  • Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel—in both guest rooms and common areas. No login code is required. The connection is high-speed and suitable for video conferencing and remote work.

  • Yes, all 54 rooms have individual air conditioning.

  • Yes, a private, enclosed, and secure parking lot is available on site, completely free of charge for all hotel guests.

  • Yes, the hotel offers accessible rooms, bathrooms designed for guests with limited mobility, and wheelchair access. For specific requests, it is best to contact the hotel before your arrival.

  • The hotel features a lounge bar with a terrace, open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., serving snacks and light meals. The Saint-Nicolas shopping center, located 100 meters away, also has several restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms & Amenities

  • Yes. The breakfast buffet is included in all room rates at the ibis Styles Melun. This is one of the hallmarks of the ibis Styles brand.

  • Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and on weekends and holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor.

  • Our buffet features pastries, fresh bread, hot beverages, orange juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, and jams—all high-quality, fresh products, including local selections. Generous and thoughtfully prepared.

  • Yes. Vegetarian options are always available. Gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk are available upon request—please let us know when you arrive. For any specific dietary needs, please contact us in advance ath7972@accor.com.

  • Yes, a snack service is available 24 hours a day for late arrivals or those looking for a bite to eat outside of regular hours. The lounge bar is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Breakfast

  • Yes, the ibis Styles Melun offers 3 flexible meeting rooms. The main room is 80 m² and can accommodate up to 80 people for a conference or 64 for a banquet. It is ideal for seminars, training sessions, and corporate meetings in Seine-et-Marne.

  • The room is equipped with a projector and screen, a whiteboard, a flip chart with markers, electrical outlets throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and seating for up to 80 people. All equipment is included in the rental price—no hidden fees.

  • Yes. We offer welcome packages (coffee, tea, pastries), as well as half-day and full-day packages that include a working lunch. These services can also be ordered à la carte with 48 hours’ notice.

  • Paris is about 50 km from the hotel, which is about a 50-minute drive depending on traffic.

  • Disneyland Paris is located about 45 km from the hotel, which is about a 50-minute drive depending on traffic.

  • Yes. For stays of 2 nights or more, you can participate in our linen reuse program to help reduce water and energy consumption. Simply place the designated card on your bed each morning, or let the front desk know when you arrive.

  • Yes, we can usually provide an invoice for your stay. For specific requests, please contact the front desk directly.

  • Yes. A pre-authorization charge is placed on your credit card upon arrival to cover any potential additional charges. This is not a debit—it is released upon checkout if no additional charges are due.
